Hi Everyone,

Well.. the issue is pretty much near to completion. We only need some words from Stuart and the design will follow immediately. I am aiming to send the magazine to print the week of the 16th of October.

The magazine will concentrate primarily on:

RPG
CCGs
Wargames
Boardgames

If there are news and space, we'll add computer games as long as they're related to the 4 subjects listed above.

If this magazine is ever going to take off as a commercial enterprise (though personally I don't give a monkesys if it doesn't. The main purpose of the magazine for me is to have fun with it, not to make lots of money. If money comes, great) we HAVE to concentrate in stuff that's popular. An article evaulating the advantages and disadvantages of CCG's over boardgames, wargames and/or RPGs would be great and will be published if it keeps certain balance.

I am determined that people MUST have fun/satisfaction submitting articles and, obviously, not having them published is not fun/satisfying.

So... how do we get over this?....

1) Write about stuff that's going to be covered in the magazine.
2) If you have an idea about something different, please do let me know. Let's discuss it and let's see how could we make it fit in the magazine. Compromise should always be an option.

My only concern with the magazine as it stands at the moment is regularity. Ideally we should be able to predict the months in which is going to be published. So far we haven't been able to do so and we need to find a way to overcome that. Maybe when the magazine is out there and is a reality, people will be keener to contribute, but if not....
